Services Description

We provide tax preparation, planning, and fractional CFO services (e.g., financial reporting, budgeting, advisory). All tax-related services are conducted exclusively through our secure client portal. No tax work occurs via email, phone, or general Site contact forms. Fractional CFO and accounting engagements require a separate written agreement.

User Accounts and Portal Access

To access services, you must create an account via our portal. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Fees and Payment

Services are billed per engagement agreement or as outlined in the portal. Payments are processed securely through the portal or through invoicing. Late payments incur fees per our invoicing policy. Refunds are not provided except as specified in writing.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Site, transmit viruses, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may terminate access for violations without notice.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service. Tax advice is based on information provided; we are not liable for IRS disputes or penalties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes shall be resolved in Phoenix, Arizona courts. You waive class actions.

Termination

We may terminate access anytime for any reason. Upon termination, obligations like payment survive.
